Cincinnati
Skieblade: Pick: Bengals. I still think
Baltimore is a huge fluke. Cinci sucks also, but I'm choosing
them to win.
Backstab: Pick: Ravens. Baltimore has better defense
than New England, Corey Dillon will get shut down.
Winner: Bengals
Buffalo at Indianapolis
Skieblade: Pick: Colts. Manning, James,
and Harrison vs Johnson, Henry and Moulds. What a frickin joke.
Backstab: Pick: Colts. Colts win it ez. Payton
Manning $$.
Winner: Colts
Carolina at Atlanta
Skieblade: Pick: Panthers. Ok, if you can
beat Minnesota, you can definitely beat the Falcons.
Backstab: Pick: Panthers. Carolina is better than the
Falcons by a bit. No Upset here.
Winner: Falcons
Detroit at Cleveland
Skieblade: Pick: Browns. I dunno, I think
Detroit is falling apart, and the Browns can potentially be above
average.
Backstab: Pick: Lions. They both suck really
bad. But I think Detroit still has Charlie Batch as QB... Browns QB is
some newbie.
Winner: Browns
Minnesota at Chicago
Skieblade: Pick: Vikings. It's time for
redemption. Moss will rip up da bears. This shouldn't even
be close.
Backstab: Pick: Vikings. Vikings better win or
else... Skieblade will go crazy and start posting shit on my site.
Winner: Bears (sigh)
N.Y. Giants at Kansas City
Skieblade: Pick: Chiefs. Giants are
flukes. Trent Green, lead the Chiefs to victory.
Backstab: Pick: Chiefs. Come on, Giants lost bad.
Winner: Giants
Oakland at Miami
Skieblade: Pick: Dolphins. Well, they did
beat Tennessee last week. Soo, the Raiders should not be
tougher.
Backstab: Pick: Raiders. Oakland owns this season,
Miami will have a slight chance but they're gonna choke.
Winner: Dolphins
San Diego at Dallas
Skieblade: Pick: Chargers. The Chargers
have a decent defense, and Flutie seemed to do OK last week, so yeah.
Backstab: Pick: Chargers. Doug Flutie surprised me
last week. And Dallas just plain sucks, ever since Aikman started
sucking the whole team went downhill.
Winner: Chargers
Tennessee at Jacksonville
Skieblade: Pick: Jaguars. This is one of
two premier match ups this week. Jags cuz Brunell is way better
than Mcnair.
Backstab: Pick: Jaguars. Jaguars always do very well
in the season, then chokes in the playoffs, so yeah, they're gonna win
this game.
Winner: Jaguars
N.Y. Jets at New England
Skieblade: Pick: Jets Well, hopefully the
Jets defence will be better this week. Testeverde and Martin
should rip up NE defense.
Backstab: Pick: Patriots OK. I'm only picking NE
because I don't like the jets and NE used to be one of my favourite
teams.
Winner: Jets
Philadelphia at Seattle
Skieblade: Pick: Eagles. This team is up
and coming. Go McNabb!!
Backstab: Pick: Eagles. Because they almost beat St.
Louis last week, and Seattle scored 9 points against Cleveland Browns,
ahahaha.
Winner: Eagles
St. Louis at San Francisco
Skieblade: Pick: 49ers. This is the other
of the two premier match ups this week. I just like niners
better =)
Backstab: Pick: Rams. I believe in Kurt Warner. This
will be another close game but Warner's gonna do some crazy shit and
throw for 400 yards.
Winner: Rams
Denver at Arizona
Skieblade: Pick: Broncos. Oh Jake
Plummer, where have you disappeared to?
Backstab: Pick: Broncos. EZ win for Denver even
without the really elite white guy wide receiver who I forgot his name
and broke his leg last week.
Winner: Broncos
Washington at Green Bay
Skieblade: Pick: Packers. The Redskins are
obviously falling apart. Favre should have no problems.
Backstab: Pick: Packers. Green Bay looks good this
season at least. Washington won't get their first win at Green Bay.
