I ate Sushi for lunch today

Yet another week is going by fast. Just the same old shit going on. My co-op advisor came at work on Tuesday and was asking me "well how's work so far". "It's alright I guess was my answer". Bleh.

I've gotten used to those long hours at work. But I'm still not enjoying it very much. I don't know why, could be because I'm possibly losing interest in doing anything related to computers in general. I think web development is pretty lame, it's no fun, and all the "hard" stuff is more or less annoyances and various browser issues. It pisses the hell out of me sometimes when I have to test a few pages with like 6 different browsers. I'm also finding coding in VBscript and Javascript very lame and tedious because honest to god those aren't even languages. Enhancing and debugging through other people's undocumented code also is'nt in my best interest... so yeah, I'm not really motivated to work. The only thing I find interesting these days at work is to test people's stuff. It's still fun to make hardcore test cases which crashes stuff though. Maybe I should apply to a testing job for next term at a big/reputable company.

I also wanna take an audio engineering course at some college or something but that'll take up too much of my time? I wish they have something like that at Waterloo. Seriously, I've had enough of this "pick an elective from these 5 courses" garbage electives. I need to take an interesting course that's totally unrelated with computers. I really wish I could take something like music composition 1, or intro to jazz. That'd rock. Talking about music, I mailed 4 of my demo CDs out to DJs/labels. I'm gonna burn a couple more tomorrow.

My daily schedule is also a bit screwed up now, I come back usually aroudn 6:45-7pm, I'll be on my comp/producing for about an hour and a half, make dinner, eat dinner at 9. Sometimes I come back and take a nap too. Dark Ice was correct about that if you nap more than 1 hour. That's trouble.

Talking about trouble, I think I am going to do a February drum and bass mix this weekend. Hmmm. Not too many new good stuff this month, my track selection's gonna be weird. I'll post that mix up on Sunday hopefully. Hmm... oh, I just remembered that Guru has a whole bunch of pictures of blue mountain and stuff on his comp. I'll bug him to post them up.

My Goodness...

You should read about some of the "Political Posts" on the VN message boards (Asheron's call trade boards), some of those people are dumber than bricks. First of all, I bet they can name off the 7'th US Presidents favorite flavor of ice cream, but they didn't know what 10 million chinese civilians died during world war 2. I bet they could recite the postmans creed backwards in Latin, but they didn't know that Kamikaze pilots are japanese, and not just "Asian". I bet they could suck their own fuckin dick, but they don't know why so much of the world hates the US. My goodness...

Fuckin Stupid Bush Administration

First of all, do they think Bin Laden is a genius or do they think he's a bumbling idiot like President Bush?
1. If he's a bumbling idiot and he managed to plan the bombing of the world trade towers (predicting that the towers would collapse because the jet fuel would melt the support beams) then that must mean that US intelligence is FUCKIN RETARDED cuz they let a bumbling idiot do that to them.

2. If Bin Laden is a genius, HE WOULD KNOW that by getting involved with the American vs. Iraq war would prompt over countries to support the U.S.

Keeping this in mind, WHY THE HELL would Bin Laden conviniently broadcast a message over the Arabian network telling the world that he supports Iraq? Days after Colin Powell failed to incite more countries to join the U.S in war, he pulls this out of his ass claiming to believe that Bin Laden is "In partnership with Iraq". All of this happening a few day before the U.S is planning to attack Iraq? I dunno, but it all seems a little too convinient for me to swallow. France has already changed sides, who else will follow? I guess we just have to sit back and watch this circus unfold itself, god damn war mongers.

GOD DAM LEAS!!!

Let me just say now that i HATE the leafs! after yesterday's trade of Alexei Kovalev to the rangers! I have heard many rumors that the leafs where close to a deal,

"The Toronto Maple Leafs were in the Kovalev hunt until Monday afternoon. Sources have told TSN that the Penguins wanted Wade Belak, Alexei Ponikarovsky, Karel Pilar and prize prospect Brad Boyes. The Penguins also wanted the same financial considerations they got from the Rangers - $4 million in paid salaries and another $4 million in cash."

Another great player not on the leafs, add that to Rob blake, Eric lindors, Pavel Bure, Mike peca, Darius kasparaitis, Bobby holik and more! They say it was because of money! aren't we one of the teams in the NHL who makes money? isn't the acc always sold out? didn't they rise the prices last year? what about the money from TV?Wheres the Bling at?

Untill the leafs get more help and become a better team....it it be known that Canucks of Vancouver is my new team!

Trojan on my comp

Well... interestingly today I found a trojan on my computer by accident. One of my programs crashed and as I was about to close the program in task manager I saw some weird ass file known as cool.exe running in a Guest account. So I did a search and found a cool.exe with a funky looking icon in my Windows directory... hmm, also found a prefetch file for cool.exe. Both files were modified/created today at February 10th at around 11am (I left my computer on while I was at work). Anyway, I did another search and I think I've pinpointed most of the files.

I believe the trojan I got was a really new version of Litmus, I got a windows\litmus directory with some .exe file in there which was also created today at 11am. I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do... the trojan files are in my recycled bin right now... just deleted them actually, but I have no idea what to do with the computer. I know it messed with some of my prefetch files (whatever they are). Well I guess I'm just gonna leave my computer on (no restart) and see what happens. Hopefully I can find a remover tomorrow or something.
