Steakhouses, Among Other Things

I was flipping through egullet.com as I do on a weekly basis, and came upon this link to an article on a steakhouse named "Chink's Steaks". Laughed pretty hard at this one, mostly because of the absolute ignorance and denial of the owner.

Can you imagine a sushi restaurant named "Nigger's Sushi"??? Jebus.
