WTF?

Read this. A German cannibal was convicted of manslaughter but not murder Friday for killing and eating a man who had asked to die, and he was sentenced to eight and a half years in jail.

So cannibalism isn't murder in germany? or is it only cannibalism with both parties, eater and eatee, in agreement?
