I thought PP was down for the longest time. For some reason, Netscape could never connect until now. Hmm. Anyways.
lol. I'm calling you out.
I'm really considering buying Donkey Konga, the new Gamecube game that comes with a set of bongos and you wail on them. I'm also considering getting Knobody to buy it too so we can get some multiplayer action going. I was reading all the EB reviews, and apparently, most people like this game because they get totally ripped and have all night jam sessions.

I Figured I should eventually make a comeback
Ya it's been a really really long time since my last post but I figure I'd serve as a shining example for past writers of PP to make a comeback. IM CALLING ALL OF YOU OUT. If I can find a few minutes to say something, so can you.
Anyways, I'm coming up to the 'Loo this weekend. Not quite sure how I'm getting there, not sure when I'm going, but by some absurd fluke, I managed to get friday night, saturday, and sunday off without booking them off. So It's a sign. This event is not to be missed. One question, who's got room for a brown guy to crash with them?

Friday Night Lights
It's not a bad movie. It uses a lot of cool camera techniques with a lot of quick fade/zooms and stuff. The storyline wasn't bad either. Now to the weirdnesses:
I know a lot of you aren't into football, but if you know football, you'll know what I'm talking about here.
In the championship game, there were many bad play calls coming from Billy Bob Thornton and the other coach which makes me wonder how they could actually coach football teams???
The first play of the game, the kicker kicks the ball to the endzone, the kick returner thinking that he's Dante Hall, returns it, but got owned at his own 3 yard line.
Ok that makes sense, I guess he's just a noob. But then Billy Bob Thornton calls the stupidest play by calling a passing play... and the QB gets sacked for a safety.
Then towards the end of the game, 2 minutes to go, the team is up by 6 points. The coach (instead of running the football) decides to pass and the guy gets sacked. RETARD. So then on 4th and 1, at the defense 22 yard line, all they had to do was kick the field goal and win by 9 points. But instead, the RETARD coach decided to go for it and for the love of god went for a passing play and the QB gets sacked. THAT killed me.
So then it gave a chance for Billy Bob's team to go for 1 final shot at the end zone. And for whatever reason, his QB throws an incomplete pass and the clock CONTINUES. Are we playing football or rugby?? WTF?
And for whatever reason they were RUNNING the ball with a minute left with like 1 timeout left... and they NEVER bothered to spike the ball. WTF????
So yeah... these things really "bothered" me since I know football. I'm wondering why this stuff actually went unnoticed by the producers and the QAs because these are really significant blunders, almost as bad as saying that the capital of the United States is Baghdad. Aside from these horrible quirks, I think this movie has potential. 7/10.
